Every project milestone is tied to a clear deliverable — and so is every refund tier. We work this way because you shouldn't have to bet your budget on trust alone. The table below tells you exactly where you stand at every stage of the project.

Terms & Conditions
- Refund applies to the most recently billed month only — prior months are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are processed within 14 business days of a verified claim.
- Third-party costs already incurred — including hosting, APIs, and licensing — are excluded from any refund.
- If work has been paused due to late payment exceeding 7 days, no refund applies to that billing month.
- Once the system has been deployed and handed over, the project is considered complete. No refund applies at Phase 8 regardless of subsequent usage.
